All merchandise is aftermarket and intended for off-road or show purpose use only. Buyer assumes responsibility for violations of local laws and rules that may result from use of merchandise purchased from shopcustomcreations.com. Please check your local laws and research the item to make sure you are aware of the item that you are purchasing and that the item is correct. We will not be responsible for any Legal issues arising from the usage of any item purchased from this website.

Euro clear Lighting is produced for Off-Road or Show purposes only. It is not suitable for regular driving conditions since it is without "DOT" or "SAE" approval. Users must follow the directions given and any misuse of the Euro Clear Lighting products is at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for the use of the Euro Clear lighting products, other than what is specified above.

It is highly recommended that all products be installed professionally. We do not provide installation assistance, otherwise provided, is for reference only. We will not be held responsible for any installation problems, damages, and installation fees that may be incurred while installing any of the products purchased from this website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unused Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The item being returned must be in New condition and with all of the original parts and packaging. The packaging must also be in a resalable condition. You will receive an exchange or Store Credit only. Shipping and handling fees are
Non-Refundable. All Light Bulb Sales, Special Ordered Items, Custom & Painted Items are FINAL.

You must contact us at returns@shopcustomcreations.com before you return any merchandise. You must include all of your contact information, along with the item description, and part #, and the reason for the return. If we authorize the return, you will receive a RGA # which must be included on the outside of the box you ship, and also included with all of your contact information inside the box.

Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. Make sure you follow all of the correct return procedures in order to prevent any delays.

WARRANTIES

Tail Lamps, Head Lamps, and Projector Lamps, all carry a 90 day Warranty (from the time you purchased the item) against leaks, and manufacturer Defects. The warranty does NOT cover nor include cracks/cracked lenses. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If any of these items are delivered Damaged you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery in order to have authorization for an exchange. If the claim is NOT reported within 24 hours of delivery, we may refuse the return We will only warranty these items as long as you provide a copy of your invoice. PLEASE make sure you retain the original packaging of the Lamps & any & all invoices pertaining to the item requesting warranty.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Contact us at returns@shopcustomcreations.com to report your defective merchandise within 24 hours of delivery. Please include all of your contact information, description of item & Part #, and we will issue you an RGA #. You cannot return any item with out an RGA #.

If the claim is NOT reported within 24 hours of delivery, we may refuse the return.

When you return the item include all of your information along with a copy of your invoice with the
RGA # written on it, and also make sure you write the RGA # on the outside of the box you are using to return your merchandise.

The item being returned must include all of the original parts and packaging.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN - FOLLOW THE RETURN PROCEDURES BELOW

1. CONTACT US

Contact us at returns@shopcustomcreations.com to report the merchandise you are returning & to obtain a RGA #.(Return Goods Authorization #)

ALL merchandise being returned must have prior authorization from Custom Creations.

2. COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM

Complete the Return Form & include it in your Return package along with a copy of your invoice. Make sure you have all the original parts included along with the original (manufacturer) packaging of the product being returned. Affix the address label with the RGA# to the outside of the package. Packages received without the RGA #, address label, copy of invoice, or completed return form will be Refused.

3. SHIP & INSURE YOUR PACKAGE

We recommend that you ship and insure your package using a traceable carrier that is able to provide you with tracking information & delivery confirmation. Custom Creations is NOT responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for postage and handling
costs to and from our warehouse.

IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT QUALIFY

If your return does not meet the requirements specified, Custom Creations will contact you to explain why the return was Denied.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your shipment from Custom Creations your original shipping fees will not be refunded and you will be charged a 15% Restocking fee.

SALES TAX

Sales Tax & local taxes on merchandise will be applied to California residents. (9.00%)

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders usually require up to 48 hours to process before they are shipped. Estimated Delivery time is based on the select shipping method plus order processing time.

Special Ordered items require up to 7 business days before they can be shipped. If the order is cancelled within 7 days, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied towards the product price.

BODY KITS DISCLAIMER

Bumpers, side skirts, fenders, lips, spoilers, (all are considered body kits) require professional installation. To make the kit fit on your car; you will need to modify the kit, which may include sanding, shaving, drilling, remove bumper reinforcement, etc. Have a professional pre-fit the body kit BEFORE it is installed, painted, or modified in any way. In the event that the body kit does not fit, we require the following in order to issue an RGA#:

The phone number & address of the body shop where the body kit was going to be installed at, a letter with the body shops' letterhead describing why they would not be able to install the body kit, and the license # of the body shop. If those requirements are not met, the body kit will NOT be eligible for a return. Body Kits that have been painted are modified in any way, cannot be returned.

Unless indicated otherwise, the products on this website are not manufactured by or on behalf of General Motors, BMW, Ford, Chrysler, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Land Rover, Corporations or any other motor vehicle manufacturing organization. No affiliation connection with, sponsorship, or approval by any of these organizations is intended.
